A little about us

 We were introduced to log cabin kits in 2019, and in 2020 - yes during a pandemic- we decided to begin the process of opening our business B & B Structures, LLC.  There is a need for affordable housing options in our area and when we saw the prices and the ease of building log cabin kits,  we felt like it was just what our area needed.   The added bonus we found were all the unique options that are available - decorative sheds, camping cabins, hot tubs,  saunas, BBQ huts etc.  We live in the mountains with overnight rentals at every turn and believe adding these unique structures will provide the extra special touch to attract guests to these rentals.  Log structure kits are surprisingly easy to assemble and can be assembled just about anywhere.  We are so excited to bring this product to East Tennessee. 

Our office, pictured here, is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath structure that was assembled in 8 days.  We would love for you to come by and check it out.  Our owner, Daniel Bice, is also a real estate agent licensed in the state of Tennessee.  He would be happy to look at your property as well as help you find land that is suitable for this type of build.  Please call ahead to schedule your visit so we can be sure to be onsite and answer any question you may have.
